Hardware/Network Systems Specialist:
We are hiring for a Hardware & Network Systems Specialist to join our team!  This position is responsible for performing computer hardware and/or network installation and support. Knowledge of LAN, WAN, PCs, switches, printers, and network components, along with basic troubleshooting skills is required. Qualified applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to create professional documents. Two years of post secondary education in Computer Information Systems, Computer Technical Support, or Systems Administration required. Related experience may be substituted for education. The position requires approximately 70% overnight nationwide travel to client sites.

Implementation Consultant (PPM):  Do you possess Physicians Office experience and are looking for an exciting career change?  Then take a look at Dairyland! We are hiring for an Implementation Consultant to perform services of charge and payment entry, billing, collections, and other programs associated with Physician Practive software as well as application training for Physicians Offices. The position is responsible for all aspects of the software application Implementation; including workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and client training. Key elements of this position include: managing multiple projects and project presentation, priorities, and deadlines and providing client support through research, troubleshooting, and testing. Successful candidates should possess excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and presentation skills and self-motivated, decisive, and goal-oriented. Requirements also include excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and exceptional customer service skills, along with ability to write reports and business correspondence. Experience in a Physician’s billing office and A/R knowledge required. This position requires approximately 70% overnight nationwide travel to client sites. Client Support Analyst: Our Client Care Team (Customer Support) is hiring a full-time Client Support Analyst to join our Glenwood, MN office team!  This position is primarily responsible for answering questions and resolving issues for customers on software applications through training, research, troubleshooting, and testing. Succesful candidates will posses one to two years experience in a healthcare business office with focus on Admissions, Patient Accounts Receivable, and/or Statistical Reporting and ability to work within a call center team.  One to two years customer service and/or software support experience is required. 

Implementation Specialist – Laboratory: We are hiring for an Implementation Specialist – Laboratory to join our Client Services Team.  This position performs software application training and consulting services.  The Implementation Specialist is also responsible for all aspect of the software application Implementation; including set-up, testing, and client training.  Key elements of this position include: managing multiple projects and project presentation, priorities, and deadlines and providing client support through research, troubleshooting, and testing. Clinical Implementation Specialist – Pharmacy: If you have Pharmacy experience and are looking to join a growing company, read on! Our Client Services team is hiring a Clinical Implementation Specialist to join our team!  This position is responsible for coordinating with information systems and hospital staff at the client site to execute setup of clinical software application systems, with an emphasis in Pharmacy products. The position is also responsible for all aspects of the installation; including set-up, testing, and client training.Successful candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience using clinical information systems.  Two to four years hospital based pharmacy experience and computerized pharmacy information systems is required along with a certificate or diploma from an accredited Certified Pharmacy Technical program. The position requires approximately 70% overnight nationwide travel to client sites.  Remote candidates will be considered.

Project Manager: We are hiring for a Project Manager (level 1) to join our Client Services Team.  This position is responsible for providing milestone project management expertise for client implementations while serving as the trusted advisor for the DHS implementation resources assigned to the project.  The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary focus agent in helping DHS clients achieve their tactical and strategic goals, including a successful implementation, a positive business relationship with DHS, and to become and remain a satisfied client of DHS projects and implementation services. Key components of this PM role include understanding project resource staffing requirements to fulfill clients’ business requirements, implementation planning meetings, overall project coordination, and developing positive customer relationships at the project team level.  Successful candidates should possess excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills along with proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.  Must possess proficiency in Microsoft products and prior experience working with, and/or coordinating the software project efforts to multiple clients on small to mid-size software implementation projects with minimal durations between (4-6) months.  Requirements also include minimum two to four years commercial software application on-site milestone project management delivery or team lead experience, along with a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a Business related field and/or work experience. The preferred hiring locations are: Texas, Atlanta, Kentucky and Minnesota.

Technical Services Manager:This position directs technical customer support and installation services operations for all technical products including DB2 database software, UNIX server hardware and operating systems, Windows server hardware and operating systems, and Dairyland Healthcare Solutions software applications.  This position is also responsible for, but not limited to: hiring, development, performance management, and training of employees.  Essential functions entail providing ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to the Client Care Team, supporting Dairyland values, and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  Primary duties also include managing technical employee schedules, attending meetings, working with customers and employees, maintain and build DHS partner relationships, and managing employee workloads using Pivotal. Successful candidates will possess excellent language, time management, customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills along with the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Must possess sense of urgency in delivering on goals/quotas and the ability to manage and execute multiple critical projects simultaneously.  Minimum education qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or related field, 7-10 years in a product support and services environment, and 3-7 years in a leadership role.  Position is based out of Glenwood, MN and 30% overnight, nationwide travel is required. 

Sales Solution Consultant - Pre-Sales: Attention Pharmacy Reps – are you looking for a great opportunity in a growing healthcare technology organization?  Due to our continued growth, we a hiring a Sales Solution Consultant to join our team.  If you’re a motivated, self-starter who possesses Pharmacy pre-sales experience within a healthcare environment – read on!  This position is responsible for providing product line assistance to our Sales team, and our current and prospective clients.  A key element is understanding our product line and the ability to present and demonstrate DHS software capabilities to clients while successfully interacting with Sales team members. Client Care Manager – Clinical: Our Louisville, KY location has a current opening for a Client Care Manager – Clinical.  This position directs Client Care operations for all clinical products, including: client relationship management, support functions and employee management with the expected outcomes of maintaining measurable targets for quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction ratings. This position is responsible for managing staff and related activities, which includes, but not limited to: hiring, development, performance management and training.  Essential functions entail providing ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to the Client Care Team, supporting the DHS values, and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Successful candidates should possess strong customer support skills, knowledge of DHS products and services, excellent time management, communication, decision making, presentation and organization skills.  Requirements include sense of urgency in delivering on goals/quotas, ability to manage and execute on multiple critical projects simultaneously.  Experience and knowledge of Call Center processes including Metrics, customer requirements, and trends and future directions also required.  A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or related field required along with minimum 10 years in a product support environment, with at least five in a leadership level position.
