- The central repository of all a patient’s information. The Electronic Medical record provides a comprehensive view of patient information including; demographic, historical and clinical information. Chart Deficiency
- Automates identifying incomplete medical record charts and notifying physicians to remind them to complete the documentation and sign.
Chart Locator
- Provides functionality for facilities to track medical record charts with the check-out, check-in and reporting capabilities. Identifies delinquent charts by department, location, and/or physician and sends notices
Coding & Abstracting
- Essential tools for coders for abstracting medical records, optimizing APC and DRG grouping, case mix management and provides extensive reporting capabilities
Medical Records Scanning
- Provides the capability to quickly scan historical medical records in batches and store electronically. Users can scan high volumes of documents using bar codes to identify the document type and associate with a specific patient’s electronic medical record.

Transcription
- Allows for all transcribed documents to be stored within the patient’s electronic medical record. Utilizing, Microsoft Word® the application makes it simplifies creating, viewing, printing and faxing transcribed documents.
